Many of you have asked me how to clean your yoga mat. Many yoga mats can be thrown in the washing machine (no detergent) and hung dry, but not if you have a Manduka or Jade. If you'd rather wipe your mat down, here's an awesome, organic cleaner that smells good and won't harm your mat. 32 Ounce Plastic Spray Bottle
15 Drops Thieves Oil (I prefer Young Living)
1.5 Tablespoons Dr. Bronner's
Water
